Quotido

Terms of Service

Last updated: 22 October 2026

These terms are an agreement between APXE Ltd (trading as Quotido), a company registered in England and Wales (company number 15512775, registered office Crown House, 27 Old Gloucester Street, London WC1N 3AX, United Kingdom), and the business that signs up for a Quotido account. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them.

Quotido is a business tool. Accounts are for trade installation businesses, not consumers. If you received a quote through a Quotido calculator, your contract is with the installer — see "Quotes are estimates" below.

1. The service

Quotido provides white-labelled quote calculators, lead capture, and job-management tools that installation businesses ("you") embed on their own websites and use to run their work. We host the service, and we may improve or change features over time — if we ever remove something material to your plan, we'll tell you in advance.

2. Your account

3. Subscriptions and billing

4. Quotes are estimates

The calculators produce indicative estimates from pricing and rules that you configure. They are not surveys, and they are not contractual offers by Quotido:

5. Your data and your customers' data

6. Accounting connections

If you connect accounting software (such as Xero, Zoho Books or QuickBooks), Quotido creates draft invoices there on your instruction. You are responsible for reviewing every draft — including amounts, tax treatment and the customer it's attached to — before approving or sending it. Your VAT settings in Quotido and in your accounting software are your responsibility; check them with your accountant. You can disconnect at any time from the Connections page.

7. Acceptable use

Don't use Quotido to break the law, send spam, infringe others' rights, probe or disrupt the service's security, or resell the service without our agreement. We may suspend accounts that put the service or other customers at risk — we'll tell you why and work with you to restore access where we can.

8. Intellectual property

We own the platform — the software, design and branding of Quotido. You own your content: your logo, your pricing, your copy and your data. You give us just the permissions needed to host and display them as part of running the service for you.

9. Availability

We work to keep Quotido available and fast, but no online service can promise 100% uptime, and we don't offer a formal service-level agreement. Planned maintenance is done outside busy hours where possible.

10. Liability

11. Ending the agreement

You can close your account at any time. We can terminate on notice if you materially breach these terms and don't fix the breach within 14 days of us telling you, or immediately for serious misuse. On closure, your subscription ends per section 3 and your data is handled per section 5.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the service evolves. For material changes we'll give account holders at least 30 days' notice by email; continuing to use the service after that means you accept the new terms.

13. Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
